A trio of owl babies huddle together in the hole of this tree trunk planter. The exterior of the planter is an unglazed brown stoneware made to look like tree bark. The interior of the piece is lined with a white glaze. Four feet elevate the piece to allow the water through the drain holes in the bottom. A catch tray, lined with the same white liner glaze, sits underneath to catch excess water.

Planter measures 5” wide and 3” tall from interior of base to rim. Piece stands 3.5” tall. It has 4 drainage holes in the bottom, each a little over .25” in diameter. Drainage plate measures .5’ tall and 5” in diameter. Owls measure approximately 1” wide together and .75” tall.

Each piece is handmade, making each unique and one of a kind. Bottom has maker’s stamp.

All glazes are lead free and food safe. Hand-washing recommended.
